Most conventional Realtors hold membership to just one Real Estate Board. Kelly DaCosta is a member of the Cambridge Real Estate Board and Kitchener/Waterloo Real Estate Board and will inter-board with Toronto Real Estate board as well as the Hamilton Board to ensure maximum exposure for your home. Because we work with hundreds of buyers at any given time, chances are the buyer for your home are already working with us.

Kelly DaCosta
Sales Representative
Kelly was born and raised in Cambridge and has never lived anywhere else. Prior to getting his real estate license in 1989, Kelly completed Four years of Fire prevention technology at Seneca College considering a career with the fire department. On a whim he decided to take a real estate course. He talked his then girlfriend, now wife, in to taking the course with him. He has never looked back and never had a moment of regret. He'll be the first to tell you that he is so grateful to be doing something he loves every day. His other passion is soccer & hockey both of which he still plays today.

Creator of the Kelly DaCosta Homeselling Team. Cindy serves as the V.P. of the Kelly DaCosta team which really means she does a bit of everything, over-seeing day to day operations and ensuring all team members meet the high standards necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Cindy's passion first and foremost are her kids with real estate running a close second.

Maria was born in Acores, Portugal and moved to Canada in 1975, she has been a resident of Cambridge for over 35 years. Maria has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and joined the Kelly DaCosta HomeSelling Team in March of 2011 and states “Joining the Kelly DaCosta HomeSelling Team has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in the last 20+ years in this industry.” In her spare time Maria enjoys traveling, reading and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren.

A Kitchener girl who moved to Cambridge in 1978. I enjoyed 15 years of success in the cosmetic industry, achieving sales recognition with a Presidents Club standing. I also actively participated in canvassing for many worthwhile organizations. (Kidney Foundation, Arthritis, and Heart and Stroke to name a few) I obtained my Real Estate Licence in 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting people and assisting them in their search for the "perfect home". My strongest asset is my patience and commitment to doing the right thing for my client regardless of how long it takes to ensure they are completely satisfied. I'm excited to be part of the regions #1 real estate team.

Joanne has earned her real estate license and worked for a brokerage in Mississauga prior to joining Kelly DaCosta. Joanne is also a Professional photographer with some beautiful work in her portfolio.

Born in Portugal, John moved to Canada in 1994 and has been a resident of Cambridge ever since. Fluent in Portuguese and English, John provides personalized and honest service to his clients. John joined the Kelly DaCosta Team in 2012 to better serve his portfolio of clientele by offering them the best tools and services available in the industry. A Realtor for 10 years, John balances being a dedicated father of two and husband with his passion for Real Estate. John also finds time to volunteer in the community and for his other passion - the game of soccer.

involved with show horses for entire life. Have lived on farms or rural
